Our online store currently can only ship to Continental US addresses and accept US credit cards. Orders will generally ship on the next business day after order receipt from our fulfillment center near Chicago, IL. Orders will be shipped via UPS and you will receive a tracking number sent to the email address you provide us.
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, but if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unused portion of the product within 30 days of placing your order for a full refund less the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The refund will be promptly credited to your original form of payment upon our receipt of your returned items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund.
